Q. Do you make the moulds?
A. No we don't make them here. We use a very good toolmaker located here in Adelaide.
Q. I need a unique shaped container for my products, can you custom make a mould?
A. Yes we can custom make a shape. However toolmaking is a very expensive process, so you would need to have reasonable volumes to make it justifiable.
Q. Can I order your products online.
A. Yes, we have created an advanced online ordering system for easy ordering for our customers. If you require a trading account with Adelaide Injection Moulders, please call the office and we can arrange for an application to be sent out to you. Successful applicants will be issued with a user name and password to access our ordering system.
Q. I have received my User name and Password, what do I do now?
A. If your account application has been successful and you have received you User name and Password, simply log in using the form located below the menu on the left side of every page of this website. A Client Only Menu will show when you are logged in allowing you to access the Online Product Orders button. Then browse and use the "Add to Cart" button to add your products to your order. Once you have finished choosing your products for your order, use the "Proceed to checkout" to check and submit your purchase order.
Q. Do you supply areas other than the Adelaide metropolitan region?
A. Yes, we supply all of country South Australia, as well as other states.
Q. What are your minimum quantities?
A. We don't really have a minimum order quantity, we treat each order individually so if you only wanted a small batch run then we would just apply a small surcharge to cover our set up costs.
Q. Can I order your Aimpak containers in different colours?
A. Yes we can make our containers in any colour you like. Whether it's to match your corporate colour or just a red or green for Christmas we can do it. There is a minimum quantity of 1000 per colour.
Q. Are your Aimpak containers approved for food contact?
A. Yes unlike some Plastic manufacturers every item that we manufacture for food contact applications are approved to the Australian Standard AS2070-1999.
